Who is Custom Credit, Inc.? Custom Credit, Inc.. is a family owned business located in Salem, Virginia. Our Owner and Chief Executive Officer, Randy Frazier, is a pioneer in Asset Management and Recovery. He has served on several Boards of Directors including, Optical Cable Corp, McOutlet, Inc and Computer Learning Corp. Randy participates in many philanthropic and humanitarian endeavors and is the quintessential fund raiser..  Married with four children, Randy has enjoyed success in business for the last decade and was Virginia Chamber Of Commerce "Businessman Of The Year" in 1995..

Can extra payments be made to receive my merchandise faster?  Yes, you can authorize additional payments at any time. Just call us TOLL FREE at 1-800-969-7370 Ext 115 and let us know of any additional amounts you would like us to apply to your Layaway account. The more you pay down...the lower your weekly payments become. We do require three months worth of Layaway Payments to be posted to your account before you are eligible for the Revolving Charge Account offer, but this does not mean you have to wait three months to qualify. Many of our customers choose to pay the required three months of Layaway payments faster by doubling up on payments or paying a lump sum.

Can I activate my account online and begin the program immediately?  Yes!  You can activate online with our express online activation form.  Two easy steps and you are done.  Remember...the more you pay down...the less each weekly payment will be. Can my computer be upgraded with more memory and disk space?  Our computers are fully upgradeable with industry standard components.  Presently we are offering free computer upgrades on  ram capacity (from 256mb to 512mb) while supplies last..

Are there membership dues or anual fees with this program?  Never!  We never charge dues or fees to participate in this special lay-a-way program.

Is this a used, refurbished or clone computer?  No way! This is a BRAND NEW, BRAND NAME computer such as Dell, Compaq or Hewlet Packard. It is fully guaranteed for one year on parts and labor. We do not sell used equipment of any kind. Your computer comes with the latest software and is state-of-the-art fast.

I do not live in the United States, do I qualify?  Sorry but at this time, our offer is available only in the United States .

How is my merchandise shipped?  All merchandise is shipped via FEDX. A FEDX tracking number will be supplied to you once your computer is shipped. If you live overseas, we ship to your APO through the United States Postal Service.

Will I qualify if I have had credit problems? Yes. We do not judge you based on your credit with others. In fact, you will never be turned down because of your credit. You establish your credit with us by making layaway payments towards your purchase prior to its shipping.  Your payments are made directly to the bank whereby you are establishing bank credit.

Can I buy just a monitor or just a computer? No. We only sell complete computer packages. The only products we carry are found on the products page.

Will I own the computer after ONE (1) year? Absolutely - you will OWN your brand new- brand name computer, provided you make all of the payments as agreed, after only ONE (1) year. This is NOT a Rent-to-Own plan or a lease - you will own your computer.

What if I have questions about my computer? When you purchase a computer from us, you will have a full ONE (1) year of in-home and toll-free manufacturer's technical support included.

Is my computer set up for High Speed internet access?  Yes! Your computer is High Speed Internet compatible and has the appropriate jack to connect.. Your cable company will provide a cable modem to connect you to High Speed Internet.

Can I still get the free color printer if I apply today?  Yes...but don't delay...supplies are limited!

If I refer a friend or relative who becomes a Second Chance customer, will I receive any consideration for the referral?  We will give you credit for one weekly payment for each buying referral you send to us.
